Founded in 1984, C&H Technologies, Inc. started as a design service company and gradually migrated to the ATE service business picking up a license in 1987 to support a Texas Instruments product line. In 1999 the company moved into its new custom designed 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Round Rock, TX.
The company has invested heavily in a growing line of test and measurement instruments to support its customer base.
In early 2003 the company started shipping its first Power PC based products.
At present C&H has nearly 100 products in VXI, PXI, IP, M Module, Ethernet and LXI.
Emphasis has been on sources and carriers so as to allow the company to provide platform independent instruments.
Custom Designs are facilitated by using intelligent carriers and M Modules.
LXI Ethernet Carrier for M-Modules
The EM405-8 easily interfaces up to eight (8) VITA 12-1996 standard M-Modules to a typical Ethernet (LAN) network. The carrier allows the numerous functions available in the M-Module mezzanine format to be remotely located near the unit-under-test, easing many system integration issues.

Intelligent PXI/cPCI Carrier
An Intelligent VXI Carrier that allows PXI and cPCI modules to be used in VXI systems. The carrier supports two 3U PXI or cPCI modules or one 6U PXI or cPCI module. It has an on board PowerPC processor that can perform command translation, data analysis, and man other data processing or process control functions.

Ethernet M-Module Carrier
The EM405D easily interfaces a VITA 12-1996 standard M/MA Module to a typical ethernet network. Two (2) M/MA Module slots are available.
